Welcome to QuanTech. By engaging our website development, digital marketing, or related services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Payment Terms

• 50% of the total project cost must be paid before commencement of work.
• Failure to clear the remaining balance within 60 days will result in service discontinuation, and all project data may be removed without prior notice.
• To reinstate services, a reactivation fee of ₹5,000 may be charged for server setup and dependencies.
• Any overdue invoice will incur a 2% monthly interest charge until fully paid.

Service Agreement

QuanTech provides services strictly based on the scope agreed upon with the client. Any additional features, revisions, or services beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges. QuanTech reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at its discretion.

Client Content & Responsibility

The client confirms that all content, including text, images, videos, logos, brand names, service descriptions, and claims provided to QuanTech are either owned by the client or legally licensed for use.

QuanTech does not independently verify the accuracy, legality, or authenticity of client-provided content and shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from such content.

Authorization & Brand Claims

QuanTech does not certify, validate, or guarantee any claims such as “Authorized Service Center”, “Certified Partner”, or “Official Service Provider”. Any such claims displayed on the website are made solely on the basis of information provided by the client.

The client accepts full responsibility for the correctness and legality of such claims and agrees that QuanTech shall not be held liable for any disputes, notices, or legal actions arising from them.

Trademarks & Third-Party Rights

All trademarks, logos, and brand names used on client websites are the property of their respective owners. Their use does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or partnership with QuanTech.

Limitation of Liability

QuanTech shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, or dispute arising from client business operations, service quality, customer interactions, pricing, warranties, or representations made on the website.

Indemnification

The client agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless QuanTech, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, penalties, legal notices, or expenses arising out of:

• False or misleading content
• Unauthorized use of brand names or trademarks
• Violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights

Data Handling & Confidentiality

QuanTech is not responsible for data loss due to non-payment, server downtime, or third-party service failures. Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their data.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. QuanTech does not store client credentials to ensure privacy and security.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all source code, frameworks, and reusable components remain the intellectual property of QuanTech.

QuanTech reserves the right to reuse non-client-specific components, libraries, and design methodologies across projects.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clients may cancel services by providing written notice. Payments made after project commencement are non-refundable. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
